World's Best* Banana Nut Bread

     Ever wonder what to do with the ripe bananas that were left in the fruit bowl just a little too long? When life gives you ripe bananas, make banana nut bread! But seriously, guys, this is the best recipe ever! Not only is it SUPER easy, but one batch makes two loaves of bread. It is the perfect gift for teachers, mailmen, neighbors and the book club group. Banana Nut Bread Ingredients:

•  ​4​ large eggs
• 1 package of yellow cake mix
• 1 package of banana instant pudding mix
• 1 cup of water
• 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
• 3 bananas, mashed
• 1/2 cup of walnuts
• 1/2 cup of pecans

Preparation: 

• Beat eggs at high speed with an electric mixer until thick and pale.
• Add cake mix, instant pudding mix, water and vegetable oil. Mix well.
• Stir in mashed banana and nuts.
• Pour batter into 2 greased bread loaf pans.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
• Cool in loaf pans for 10 minutes.
